The difference between T.K. and Dubya,is Dubya was placed in power to commit such killings,similar to the manner Biden was.SCOTUS decided both elections in 2000 and 2020.Shortly after the first instance,9/11 occurred.TPTB couldn't wait that long for the 2020 election to unleash their "pandemic",but the consequences of it,was Biden replaced Trump--WITH SCOTUS approval(they declined to take any voter fraud case).
