The clean up by cops after a few hundred blacks have a block party riot takes a couple days,now imagine the cleanup if blacks ever left an entire city(to go where--and why--I don't have any idea.)
Weeks,months?After blacks were evicted next to me,it took the landlord 2 months to fix the house--and $10,000.

Not just Midwest cities--Seattle, Portland, San Francisco--and many others. And not just because of Blacks and Mexicans--Seattle and Portland are extremely White--but full of leftists, perverts, and addicts (now called "homeless"). Crime is allowed to flow freely --who would want to live in these hellholes? Or rather, what DECENT person would want to live there. Several decades ago when I got married I made sure we bought a house away from Seattle--crime was already making life too dangerous and I didn't want to put my wife in danger.
Been going on in Chicago ever since 1945.
When they reach a certain critical mass population fraction, Blacks are simply not compatible with civilization. Political tolerance and permissive law enforcement make the problems worse. But the fundamental cause is demographic.
