Depends on how you want to define "many". It is still a marginal phenomenon. Younger people may express support for LGBTQ blah blah when asked. But that is largely performative. They are responding to the carrot/stick incentive. The vast majority of young people are normal. The young men want to be seen as masculine. The young women as pretty and feminine.
People think "many" due to what the media shows you.
But the media has an agenda: to promote acceptance of it.
It's the same with all the Blacks in ads, and the roles they play on TV and in movies. That does not correspond to real life. Everyone knows it. The media has a racial agenda there. They are trying to combat the stereotype of Blacks that every normal person gets just by watching real life.
So the media creates a fake reality and presents it to you. It is powerful and something must be done to rein it in because it is exploiting normal human empathy and it seems there is no limit there, especially among women (who have more natural empathy).
But it is still fake.
So why the deception?What do they(the purveyors) get out of it?Years ago,that was called:"He doth protest too much"--meaning what's being said must be true about blacks if these constant attempts to dissuade the public of the prevailing attitude is so persistent.
If you were selling blacks as a product with such lies it'd be called "bait and switch".
Family guys,intelligent,responsible,hard workers--those are their qualities on tv.Then you drive down the street and see them leaning over cars,on porches(10 of 'em)selling drugs,filth everywhere,loud music,tons of kids.You hear and read about the murders,rapes and robberies.
Yet,they will not stop lying about blacks--OR Whites.

You can find stats that indicate 15-30% of young, not older women, say they are bi or lesbian. I have addressed this in the past but will repeat since you probably missed it, or have forgotten. I don't believe even 15%, the low estimate, is accurate. At least when you talk about real behavior. There is a phenom where straight girls like to pretend to be lesbians which is a way of enhancing their already considerable sexual power over men. So most of these girls are simply saying what they feel they should be saying to feel more powerful or because it validates their sexual allure in some inverted way. So no, there aren't nearly as many girls actually bi or lesbian as those stats say, most as you say, want to be feminine and pretty. However, even if that 15% figure is only 1%, it's still WAY TOO MANY. That could be 100's of thousand of young girls being manipulated by older homosexual women, perverted men and brainwashed sh*%theads. So don't ignore the actual harm these groomers and abusers are causing because there is considerable exaggeration in certain numbers.
