GRA: Gathered this info from Fox17, which showed court video.
Expert prosecution witness Seth Stoughton made three points about the case:
1) Schurr should not have chased Lyoya, with a passenger in the car. Poor judgment;
2) he fired his taser twice (missing), meaning the likelihood of Lyoya grabbing and using it to debilitate Schurr was unlikely;
(But not out of the question, if held close to a person’s body.)
3) Schurr was not in fear of his life—which is required to use deadly force.
(Schurr will testify that he WAS in fear, no doubt. In a mano a mano confrontation, and a gun on his person—that Lyoya would have loved to get his drunken hands on—Schurr had no idea what would happen if Lyoya gained control of the situation.)
This will come down to Schurr’s testimony, and ability to convey what he was thinking during the Lyoya scrap.
The trial is expected to last only a few more days, “possibly wrapping up early next week.”

Thirteen-year-old Liam Spahnle-Bailey was hit by a “stray” bullet while sleeping in his bed, he later died at the hospital.
No perps have been identified, but the mex da, Nathan Vasquez, released this statement:
“‘this an [sic] example of horrific violence in our community. it breaks my heart to see the loss of such a young life. any time a child is lost in our community it’s devastating. but when it occurs in such a senseless, violent manner it’s absolutely infuriating. we’ll do everything we can to get to the bottom of this and hold those who are responsible accountable for their actions.’”
There’s about an 85% chance the shooter was black, maybe about a 10% chance is was a mex of some kind, a small chance something else but these kinds of shootings were unheard of before section 8 housing was put in, and there was an influx of negroes. If it turns out to be one of those rare times it’s some White boy playing gangsta, then fine, I’ll admit I was wrong, but the odds are against it.

“Lapu Lapu Day celebrates Datu Lapu-Lapu, an indigenous chieftain who stood up to spanish explorers who came to the Philippines in the 16th century. the organizers of the Vancouver event, which was in its second year, said he ‘represents the soul of native resistance [in a foreign country!], a powerful force that helped shape the Filipino identity in the face of colonization.’”
GRA: Lo resisted—“Lapu Lapu Day.” These designations, with festivals and parades, become easy targets. Without “Lapu Lapu Day”—no one dead.

However, Horowitz then turned on me, and buried all of them, as he had previously turned on Larry Auster, whom he had previously paid for commissioned articles. I just came across this, while going through old mail. When I first responded, on 1/4, I was in Trinidad, and so I sent one copy to you and one to my home pc.
I had forgotten about the I-57 killers, whom I don't recall having previously heard of. Although there were four of them, already then pc had set in, and only the actual shooter was given the full weight of the law. Or what passed for the law. The SC had shut down the death penalty, so three murders only got Henry Brisbon "life." Then while in jail, he committed 15 assaults, attacking even the warden, instigated a prison riot, and finally graduated to murdering a fellow inmate.
By then, the DP was back in business, but Brisbon sat on Death Row for over 20 years. Finally, George Ryan was governor, and facing jail time of his own for selling driver's licenses to people who couldn't drive, or who were illegals. Apparently in a bid to earn sympathy and possibly skip prison time, he granted clemency or commuted the sentence of 167 condemned murderers, including Brisbon.

The “disappearing” of Walmart shooter, Dwayne Eduh, and of the crime story
Speaking of “identifying perps,” I just checked to see if there has been some kind of official release of a photo of Dwayne Eduh, the Walmart shooter from some weeks back. I searched google images, and did a general search scanning through articles, but couldn’t find a thing, just pictures of the victims and their families, which have subsequently been posted online. The only photo of him appears to be that grainy image from a security camera in one of the victim’s homes that was uncovered by msn. (Eduh worked with the people he shot.)
I wonder how that happened? I’d guess some behind-the-scenes person working for msn randomly decided to do some investigative reporting, something that barely seems to exist anymore. It’s been long enough now that, even if they did release a photo, the general public has lost interest, which is exactly what they intend when they don’t release, or delay, photos of colored criminals.

Three bLACK killers arrested for shootings/murders on local chicago highways the past three years (none of them mention filthy streets or graffiti as motive or cause)
[My google-minder buried this item. I had missed the cutoff on monday at midnight, so I hit "draft," in order to post it the next day. However, I was out all day, running errands, when I got home I took a nap for five-and-a-half hours, and when I got up it was 12:48 a.m. today. Thus, I missed an entire day of posting. After several hours of internet schmoozing, I started posting today, including this item. When I checked how much I'd posted, I saw that my minder had changed the date of this item to yesterday. The four items I'd posted today had many times the hits of the one my minder buried. And so, I am re-posting it.
Peter Brimelow used to do that to me sometimes at VDARE. He could change the time of a blog posting, and so he would occasionally backdate my blog articles to before the time of previously posted blog articles by colleagues, so that nobody would read mine.
The first few years that I wrote for him, Peter didn't engage in any dirty tricks against me, but as time wore on, he pulled more and more such stunts. The first three reports I wrote for him ran from 3,300-10,400 words, and he wouldn't change a word. But then he and Kevin deAnna (surely with Peter's blessing) began increasingly ruining my manuscripts, apparently, to make it look as if I was an incompetent writer (Kevin used the pseudonyms "James J. Kilpatrick" at VDARE, and "Gregory Hood" at most other places). I've referred to this elsewhere as the death of 1,000 cuts. It got so bad that I would sometimes refer, in my phone conversations with Peter, to "the butchering process." Peter would then interject, "The editing process."
At the last VDARE Christmas party, in 2019, Peter introduced me to the crowd with, "Nicholas' work requires editing." My work didn't require any editing. I would go over each manuscript 50-100 times before submitting it. Meanwhile, in a comp book of Kevin's VDARE columns, that Peter was giving as a gift to donors, Peter asserted that Kevin's columns didn't require any editing. What a lie! Kevin's girlfriends used to edit his work for him. (Note that the book said that it was published by Kevin Johnson's counter-currents publishing. Why would Kevin Johnson publish a VDARE book? He didn't. He served as a front for Peter. Peter had done the same thing with the National Policy Institute and Washington Summit Publishers, with Richard Spencer serving as his figurehead. Peter would invest in organizations, in order to spread his influence, with them serving as fronts. As soon as Louis R. Andrews, ny NPI publisher died in late december, 2011, Peter took over NPI (meaning he then financed it), and installed Richard Spencer as his figurehead, and had him send the book-length report, The State of White America-2007, of which I was the principal author, with economist Edwin S. Rubenstein and historian Robert J. Stove, down the memory hole. Peter and his siamese twin, Jared Taylor, had apparently decided that it was urgent that my influence be curtailed as much as possible. Thus, they also refused to engage me to speak at their conferences and webinars, though Jared teased me by suggesting that he would have me speak at his 2011 shindig.)
Why am I criticizing Kevin? We used to be very friendly. Then he inexplicably turned on me, and stared daggers at me, when Peter had the writers present stand in the middle of the room (Kevin, John Derbyshire, and me), where the donors present applauded us at the 2019 Christmas party. The donors must have later scratched their heads, when Peter's put-down of me sunk in. I later determined that Kevin had stolen material from a 2012 manuscript of mine, where I wrote of blacks having a "license to kill" White cops, and White cops having "a duty to die." I had assumed at the time, that the phrases were missing, due to Peter's usual vandalism. However, eight years later, I found that Kevin had stolen my work, and put it in a 2013 essay of his as "Gregory Hood" at Counter-Currents. So, if anything, I should have been staring daggers at him!]

"(chicago sun times) chicago - illinois state police say three men from chicago have been arrested and charged with first-degree murder in connection with two separate expressway shootings on the city’s south side.
"The backstory:
"the first shooting happened may 21, 2022, around 8:10 p.m. on the northbound exit ramp of I-94 at 47th street. officers responded to find 27-year-old Darren Jackson had been shot. she was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead.
"following an investigation, state police identified 33-year-old Demario Bass as the suspect. he was taken into custody on wednesday, by members of the fbi’s fugitive task force. a day later, the Cook county state’s attorney’s office approved a charge of first-degree murder. Bass remains in custody pending a court appearance.
"the second shooting happened more recently, on july 11, 2024, just after 5 p.m. near 75th street on northbound i-94. a passenger in a vehicle was shot and later died at a hospital.
"after months of investigating, police identified two suspects: 30-year-old Demetrius Shields and 25-year-old Tyler Perkins. Shields was arrested on april 11. he is charged with first-degree murder and aggravated discharge of a firearm.

N.S.: I'm digging up old mail from my longtime contributor, A.L. This was on the Tessa Brewer, racially motivated hate crime murder committed by Luchiano Lewis, Rashaun Weaver, and Zyairr Davis.
And A.L. was right: The murderers' "allies" did indeed try to replay the central park five hoax, by repeating the blood libel, whereby five of the confessed central park rapists who beat Trisha Meili so badly that she lost over 70% of her blood, and none of her doctors expected her to ever awaken from a coma, were innocent victims of "racism."

"the first shooting happened may 21, 2022, around 8:10 p.m. on the northbound exit ramp of I-94 at 47th street. officers responded to find 27-year-old Darren Jackson had been shot. she was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead.
"following an investigation, state police identified 33-year-old Demario Bass as the suspect. he was taken into custody on wednesday, by members of the fbi’s fugitive task force. a day later, the Cook county state’s attorney’s office approved a charge of first-degree murder. Bass remains in custody pending a court appearance.

30-year-old "chinese male"? plows into a crowd in Vancouver, canada, during lapu lapu day, a filipino festival, killing 9. Police haven't identified the perp or released a photo but a video is being circulated online of an asian male standing against a fence:

Vancouver police interim chief Steve Rai told a news conference, “'the person we have in custody does have a significant history of interactions with police and health care professionals related to mental health,' he said.”

Police have already "ruled out terrorism." How do they know that for sure? Because it's a chinese guy? If it was a White man, would they have ruled it out so quickly? Are chinese incapable of being racist or hateful toward filipinos?
Then there are always those little games the media plays with these stories. The ap "news" article references another vehicular mass homicide, but it's not the racist negro killer Darrell Brooks who plowed into a crowd of White people in 2021 but Alek Minassian, a White man who committed a vehicular mass killing in 2018, and that was in canada, not the U.S. This is exactly the game they play with serial killers. Whenever a new serial killer emerges, they reference White serial killers from the past, but never black ones. In this case, since the perp appears to be chinese, the author wanted to "Whiten" up the history of vehicular mass murder by casting back to a White guy from years earlier.
If it was a White guy they could spin as racist, this story would be on 24/7 media rotation but if it does turn out to be that chinese guy, it will get some initial coverage, then quickly be forgotten. This happened just across the river, so I may see something interesting in the local media that doesn't get into the national news. If so, I'll post it.

I read a book recently called 1000 A.D. which described that turn-of-the-millenium time, and they described exactly what you’re talking about-the awfulness of the supposed “spiritual leaders” and the miserable lives people led. Throughout history, most people led lives of poverty and servitude-who would have thought we could revert back to that? Technology has made possible the absolute enslavement of all of mankind, and even given the global elite the ability to kill off half the human race. No tyrant or corrupt Pope ever had that kind of power before-and that’s a good reason why Francis should be called out for what he was, not simperingly eulogized by a gutless excuse for a President.

GRA: I'll summarize real fast: His studies claim, if more people are walking around a neighborhood, keeping an eye on things, less people get shot/murdered. he also postulates that a dirty neighborhood, filled with graffiti, trash and generally rundown conditions has more shootings.
Funny, but just seeing the areas of grand rapids that used to be White (and clean) and were taken over by blacks, the length of time for that area to transform into a slum (and crime area) is less than five years. Now if you remove the blacks,the filth (and crime) disappears also. blacks and filth and crime go together. I had some blackies that rented next to me--whom I got evicted for never taking their trash out--so I saw it first hand. This isn't chicken and the egg. blacks move in, the area goes down the drain.
