It All Depends: Commie Pope Gives Okay for Biden to Receive Communion

By Grand Rapids Anonymous
Sunday, October 31, 2021 at 12:44:00 P.M. EDT

ROME (AP) — President Joe Biden received Communion at St. Patrick’s Church during Saturday Vigil Mass, a day after saying Pope Francis told him he should continue to partake in the sacrament, despite the opposition of some conservatives in the U.S. upset with his position on abortion.

GRA: “Do not refrain from taking Communion, Mr. President,” the commie Pope ordered. “Murdering babies or sexually abusing children is no reason to be forbidden the sacrament of Communion. If that was so, very few of the religious people in the Catholic Church would be eligible—hahaha.”

“But Holy Father,” Biden volunteered, “I also grabbed at least one intern’s crotch (Tara Reade), became sexually excited by underaged kids, and I’m currently attempting to start a genocide of White people.”

“Join the group,” said Pope Francis."I think you and I will get along together just fine. Wait—what’s that smell?”

“My Depends,” Biden offered.

“No, it’s MY Depends,” said the Pope.

“It’s BOTH OF OUR DEPENDS!,” they laughed after checking visually.

“Goodbye, Holy Father.”

“Goodbye, Mr. President.”

How Can This Doctor Go on Television and Lie about the Vaccine?

By Grand Rapids Anonymous
Sunday, October 31, 2021 at 11:46:00 A.M. EDT

GRA: Dr. Claire Boogaard, a White, female doctor, appeared on Face (the Commie) Nation to announce the following, with a straight face:

“Kids and parents should know that these vaccines are safe and the facts are, they prevent those individuals who have been vaccinated from getting the coronavirus and passing it to others.”

(GRA: Really? She must not be aware of the VAERS numbers, plus the tens (or even hundreds) of thousands of “outlier” cases.)

Margaret Brennan asked an obvious set up question:”What about myocarditis?”

“That’s the really good news—the companies creating the vaccines expanded the test samples and there’s no sign of myocarditis.”

They’ve learned how to cover that up entirely?
As I mentioned on a previous post, I’ve heard of two people who either died from Covid while fully vaxxed—or died BECAUSE of the vaccine (combination Covid/flu jab) the same day.

These fatalities did not make the local news (of course). If they had, what would the reaction of the public be? What if other deaths from the failure of the vaccines were reported? But they aren’t—either by choice, or by order from the government.

Caveat emptor.

N.S.: So, does this Claire Boogaard practice her lying in front of a mirror, so she won’t go out of character?

So, a few days ago, I’m on the phone with a longtime acquaintance (“A”). He’s on close terms with a much younger, mutual acquaintance (“B”), who had given him a key to his apartment, which is relatively close by. A gets a call from B’s parents, saying they haven’t heard from him for a while. (Good parents!) So, A lets himself into B’s apartment, and finds him unconscious, with a face full of vomit, and drawers full of poop. He gets him taken to the hospital, where they save his life. He’s doing much better, now, but the sawboneses are at a loss to explain what went wrong. It was possibly some sort of cardiac event. (Although B is quite skinny, and only 30, I asked if he was diabetic, and might have gone into diabetic shock, but A didn’t respond.)

A’s theory: It was the jab. B had just gotten the Moderna jab, which has a nasty habit of causing blood clots in the heart and/or lungs of young men.

Biden Seeks to End "Remain in Mexico" Trump Migration Policy

There is a good summary in the weekend wall street journal and reported elsewhere:

Friday, homeland security (sic) chief Mayorkas issued a new memo trying to terminate the Trump "Remain in Mexico" policy that Biden Admin admits cut border crossings by 75% after it was enforced. "But it did so by imposing substantial and unjustifiable human costs on the individuals who were exposed to harm while waiting in Mexico," his memo declares.

The wsj article also notes that the Catholic Legal Immigration Network worked with Biden & Co to come up with strategies to defeat "Remain in Mexico."

Some text:

In the “Act” section of the training program, AT&T encourages employees to participate in a “21-Day Racial Equity Habit Challenge” that relies on the concepts of “whiteness,” “white privilege,” and “white supremacy.”

This sounded familiar; I commented about it a couple of months ago on here – link – there it was Bank of America.

The “21-Day Challenge” has its own website – link

It’s produced/marketed by an outfit called “The Privilege Institute” – link

AT&T may have used other vendors.

Still, it would be interesting to know who at AT&T is responsible for approving and organizing this.

A Desperate adl Don Jonathan Greenblatt is Begging Fox Corporation Executive Chairman and CEO Lachlan Murdoch to Silence Tucker Carlson’s Plans to Expose Greenblatt and the adl via a Documentary

“In a letter written to Fox Corporation Executive Chairman and CEO Lachlan Murdoch, Greenblatt called “Patriot Purge” “dangerous misinformation,” and desperately pleaded with Murdoch to “reconsider airing” the program, because it has the potential to make people angry with our public officials and elected leaders.”

1.) “dangerous misinformation”=another, probably more truthful point of view that must be suppressed; and

2.) If it “makes people angry with public officials and elected leaders,” that reason alone is why it should be aired—but this program won’t make anyone (Whites) angry, I’m sure.

N.S.: Don Greenblatt isn’t afraid of people getting angry at “public officials and elected leaders” – why would he? He’s just afraid of people getting mad at him!

Calling All John Wayne Fans! A Massive Monograph about Your Beloved “Duke” that Took Years to Research and Write is Available for Free Online!

A 22-year-old John Wayne and the lovely Marguerite Churchill (the future Mrs. George O’Brien) in Raoul Walsh’s The Big Trail (1930). This early talkie was the first picture in which Wayne was the lead, and it was a monumental flop! It had a huge budget, but failed on every level, including technical. It required that each theater be outfitted with an expensive, new, state-of-the-art sound system, only months after the Wall Street Crash. Most theater owners said, “Thanks, but no thanks.”
Wayne wandered the desert for the next nine years, learning his trade while appearing in B-Westerns, some for big studios like 20th Century Fox and Warner’s, but mostly for Poverty Row studios like Mascot and Monogram, which were eventually merged into what would become Republic Studios, itself a “centralized” Poverty Row studio.
As Jeff Arnold wrote, “Utterly demoralized, soon after the flop of The Big Trail he met Fox’s biggest star of the day, Will Rogers, who kindly advised him, ‘You’re working, aren’t you? Just keep working.’ Wayne always remembered that remark as ‘the best advice I ever got – just keep working and learning, however bad the picture … and boy, I made some lousy pictures.’”

Good News at TCM! TCM’s Film Noir of the Week is a Halloween Horror Movie Double Feature, both by Jacques Tourneur, at Midnight and 10 a.m. ET Sunday

TCM’s Film Noir of the Week is a Halloween Horror Movie Double Feature, both by Jacques Tourneur at Midnight and 10 a.m. ET. The first is Cat People (1942), followed by The Leopard Man (1943).

Cat People has a bride afraid she is cursed to turn into a panther and tear her groom to pieces, so she avoids intimate contact with her new husband. The deprived husband turns to another woman, igniting the curse.

The Leopard Man is about a series of killings supposedly by an escaped leopard. The first was by the leopard, but the next two victims appear to be due to a psychopathic killer. For a change, Noir Alley will have some good films in November.

Plus, she quit because she was about ready to flunk her inorganic chemistry exam.

It took White people and Western Civilization to put a stop to slavery; here and everywhere else. Not to mention that in this nation, blacks live more decently than anywhere else in the world. AT&T'S new racial re-education program promotes the idea that "racism is a uniquely white trait."

By Christopher Rufo
October 29, 2021

AT&T Corporation has created a racial reeducation program that promotes the idea that "American racism is a uniquely white trait" and boosts left-wing causes such as "reparations," "defund police," and "trans activism."

I have obtained a cache of internal documents about the company's initiative, called Listen Understand Act, which is based on the core principles of critical race theory, including "intersectionality," "systemic racism," "white privilege," and "white fragility." CEO John Stankey launched the program last year and, subsequently, has told employees that private corporations such as AT&T have an "obligation to engage on this issue of racial injustice" and push for "systemic reforms in police departments across the country."

According to a senior employee, who agreed to speak on condition of anonymity, managers at AT&T are now assessed annually on diversity issues, with mandatory participation in programs such as discussion groups, book clubs, mentorship programs, and race reeducation exercises. White employees, the source said, are tacitly expected to confess their complicity in "white privilege" and "systemic racism," or they will be penalized in their performance reviews. As part of the overall initiative, employees are asked to sign a loyalty pledge to "keep pushing for change," with suggested "intentions" such as "reading more about systemic racism" and "challenging others' language that is hateful." "If you don't do it," the senior employee says, "you're [considered] a racist." AT&T did not respond when asked for comment.

On the first page of AT&T's Listen Understand Act internal portal, the company encourages employees to study a resource called "White America, if you want to know who's responsible for racism, look in the mirror." The article claims that the United States is a "racist society" and lays out its thesis plainly: "White people, you are the problem. Regardless of how much you say you detest racism, you are the sole reason it has flourished for centuries." The author, Dahleen Glanton, writes that "American racism is a uniquely white trait" and that "Black people cannot be racist." White women, she claims, "have been telling lies on black men since they were first brought to America in chains," and, along with their white male counterparts, "enjoy the opportunities and privileges that white supremacy affords [them]."

Another resource included in the program argues that "COVID-19 may have actually helped prepare us to confront in a deeper, more meaningful way the many faces of racism and how entrenched it is in society." According to the article, written by Andrés Tapia of the consulting firm Korn Ferry, the pandemic has created a "brooding sense of always feeling vulnerable" for white Americans, which has forced them to fear imminent death, which "many Blacks live with every day." Furthermore, as millions of Americans have lost their jobs and secured unemployment benefits, they "have more time" to attend street protests, which provided "a way to feel like one could have an impact." As a result, Tapia argues, the pandemic established the conditions for a sense of "shared helplessness" that has resulted in political activism.

In the "Act" section of the training program, AT&T encourages employees to participate in a "21-Day Racial Equity Habit Challenge" that relies on the concepts of "whiteness," "white privilege," and "white supremacy." The program instructs AT&T employees to "do one action [per day for 21 days] to further [their] understanding of power, privilege, supremacy, oppression, and equity." The challenge begins with a series of lessons on "whiteness," which claims, among other things, that "white supremacy [is] baked into our country's foundation," that "Whiteness is one of the biggest and most long-running scams ever perpetrated," and that the "weaponization of whiteness" creates a "constant barrage of harm" for minorities. The 21-Day Challenge also directs employees to articles and videos promoting fashionable left-wing causes, including "reparations," "defund police," and "trans activism," with further instruction to "follow, quote, repost, and retweet" organizations including the Transgender Training Institute and the National Center for Transgender Equality.

AT&T is another Fortune 100 company that has succumbed to the latest fad: corporate "diversity and inclusion" programming that traffics in the ugly concepts of race essentialism and collective guilt. The company has publicly pledged itself to a set of principles that include, "When we make a mistake, we have the character and courage to make it right and learn from it." If that commitment is genuine, CEO John Stankey should immediately scrap Listen Understand Act, apologize to his workers and customers, and develop a program that does not vilify certain racial groups and promote divisive and destructive ideas.

The Alec Baldwin Conundrum

By Kurt Schlichter
10/25/2021 12:01:00 A.M. - Kurt Schlichter

Alec Baldwin got to play his dream role last week, and unfortunately for an innocent woman, it was a method-acting version of Ted Kennedy. Now, you note that I am mocking a guy whose probable gross negligence killed a lady and maimed a man, and this raises an important question – do we really want to live in a world where our reaction to a tragedy caused by an enemy is not sorrow and compassion but mockery?

It doesn't matter what we want. We do live in such a world, in large part due to the likes of Alec Baldwin. Besides his scuzzy abuse of the people – notably women – in his orbit, he is a particularly loathsome social media presence, and as a result, conservatives are gleefully resurrecting his old tweets about guns and his wish for them to be used on his many, many enemies in the wake of his horrible act. There are many, many such tweets. I am not a believer in karma and do not fear it, but I do try to keep a respectful distance from irony.

Note that arguments that this somehow hurts the families of the victims are weak – "My beloved relative has died – I shall seek solace on Twitter" seems far-fetched. Moreover, the families might be mortified to see people taking apart the architect of their pain? Doubtful. If anything, the practical effect of slamming Six Gun Alec is making people think, "Gosh, better not play with firearms lest people on Twitter roast me."

But there is a legit question of how we should respond to this. There have been two different reactions among those on our general side of the fight to the reactions to Alec Baldwin's fall from, well, not exactly grace. One is to recoil with horror at the accident and assert that this is a time when we should offer our thoughts and prayers for the victims and for Baldwin, who one would hope is devastated by what he has done. Nice people tend to have this reaction, those who want to live in a more genteel world than we do. I sympathize, in that I would like to live in such a world. I would also like a unicorn pony.

Then there was the opposite reaction, in which our folks ran up the score, skewering the gun control zealot's failure to zealously control his gun. This is playing by the new rules of gladiatorial combat in the cultural coliseum. Those burned out on the lies and calumny we are bombarded with daily tend to go this way; they are angry, and they are more than willing to give Alec a good, hard dose of his own medicine. That's certainly my inclination. A tweet for a tweet, so to speak.

So, I sympathize with both options, and I cannot get upset at people for choosing one over the other. If you want to go gentle, cool, and if you want to go hard, okay. After all, the rules are the rules, and there can only be one set of them. In the world I would want to live in, we would all be at Option A, whispering a silent prayer for the hurting – and I did. But this is not the world we live in, and none of us are under any moral obligation to pretend we do. This is a world where the rule is that you take an opening in the enemy's line and you drive a couple divisions hard right through it.

Alec Baldwin is a bad person, but more than that, he is a bad person who hates us with a mortality rate thanks to his hypocrisy. And now he is vulnerable, and the rules say he is fair game – his rules. Is it significant that this amoral, leftist, Trumpophobic gun grabber has personally executed more mass shootings than any Christian conservative Trump-loving NRA member? Not in any kind of intellectual sense – it's just a thing that happened – but it makes a helluva meme.

The argument for being nice is that 1) we should live the way we wish to live, that is, model the way we want the world regardless of how the world actually is and set the example; 2) we are better than that; and 3) Jesus tells us to. Of these, No. 3 is the most compelling – the hardest part of Christianity is loving your enemies. Perhaps you can do that even as you tweet that the fifth rule of gun safety is never give Alec Baldwin a gun. Jesus wasn't a pinko hippie; he confronted and told hard truths. And despite the injunction to turn the other cheek, Christians are not pacifists. After all, many soldiers are Christian and they kill their enemies, so you must be able to be a Christian and point out through biting sarcasm that Alec Baldwin is awful too.

As for us modeling to the world, does that ever work? Has us not matching punch for punch with the cultural left ever made them hold up and think, "Gosh, the conservatives' refusal to stoop to my level has made me rethink this whole pursuit of power thing – I will forgo it and return to the norms of yesteryear"? Of course not. George W. Bush famously remained above the fray and they only stopped vivisecting him when he joined them in vivisecting us.

As for us being "better than that," I'll take being just as bad as that and not being a cultural serf over the David French position, which is the converse.

The argument for Option B is that you can't go back to the past paradigm where you didn't hit 'em when they were down without punishing them for hitting us when we were down. Pain is the teacher. Of course, this assumes a paradigm not in evidence; we were never quite that pristine. I remember that within days of the Challenger accident, cruel jokes circulated across campus. Gallows humor has always existed, and there's no reason it shouldn't – maybe we'd just prefer a scenario where we acknowledge it's appalling even as we laugh in spite of ourselves.

The premise of Option B is that we have to fight fire with fire, though that analogy always puzzled me. Rather, in combat you use the necessary weapons. Nazis and communists used guys with guns to attack us; we used guys with guns to kill them. Was there a moral difference, since everybody used guns, asks the moral illiterate? Yes. The other guys were Nazis and communists, and shooting them was a moral imperative because they were Nazis and communists. Our mean tweets are in the service of light, theirs are on the side of darkness.

To not engage on the terms that reality has set before you is to accept defeat. You might not like the rules, but there they are. In a society that has made the rule that you pummel your opponent when he is down, to not play by the rule is to unilaterally disarm.

Those nice folks on our side don't see it that way – they see it as embracing decency. But lately, "decency" has translated as submission and, not being Bulwark staffers, we're not into that scene. ["Bulwark staffers" is a reference to the pub emitted by a group of never-Trump "conservative" ninnies, the contemptible Bill Kristol most prominently. -- AOF]

The bad guys want us to be "decent" too – but not because of decency but because it makes their lives easier when we are hamstrung in response to their cultural aggression. We're not supposed to make jokes about Alec Baldwin's idiocy for the same reason we're not supposed to make jokes about men pretending to be women pretending to be admirals. Humor, especially mean humor, is subversive. The leftist joke stasi wants the potential for subversion off the table.

Think of it as the Cold War. Option B is mutually assured destruction – if you launch social media cruelty at our misfortune, you will pay in spades, so don't. Option A is unilateral disarmament. Nice people on our side want us to disarm to make us better people; our enemies want us to disarm to make us better targets.

So do as you wish about Alec Baldwin. If you want to remain in the light and offer your condolences, do so. Like I said, I've muttered a prayer for him and his victims because my faith tells me to do so and loving only your friends is kind of a meaningless exercise. I don't like Alec Baldwin (though I really enjoy his acting). He's awful. So I'm also going to talk bad about him and his hypocrisy and negligence.

Those are the rules we're playing by today. I didn't make the rules. I don't like them. I'm even willing to return to the old ones, once enough pain has been inflicted to teach the necessary lesson about changing the rules. But I am not willing to play by a different set of rules that limits me at the expense of my opponents.

That's the conundrum. I want a nice world, but I can't get it just by being nice. So leftists, let me know when you want to change the new rules back. Until then, they are in effect.
