She isn't "unhinged". She's black. Her loyalty is to black people. She is expressing her natural racial animus toward Whites ("suburbs" is a euphemism for white people).
I personally thank her for that. I hope white people take notice. Especially white men.
The truly "unhinged" are Whites who despite the massive evidence STILL do not recognize what is going on: a racial war on the civilization they inherited from their forebears.
