White people don’t understand that expecting blacks to be on time, work hard and not commit crime, is White supremacy.

My new employer is one of the world's largest of its kind. You know it by its lizard in its commercials.

Big, big affirmative action shop.

All of us must record all of our hours down to the minute.

No one can be late, nor take more than 45 minutes for lunch. Otherwise you can be written up and possibly terminated.

All thanks to black and hispanic employees.

blacks wear down businesses with their ignoring of the rules. It can be a small, medium or mega business, private or government, they will screw the pooch and force a confrontation--after which--they will scream racism.
Eventually,their behavior is ignored.
This all from my personal experience and observations.

All holding diplomas from high schools and colleges where faculty eventually figure out that it's not worth the trouble to expect on-time arrival and hard work without cheating. Avoid anything that would trigger disciplinary procedures and paperwork because the Dean doesn't want to be bothered. Keep the pass rate high enough to keep Administration from bugging you. And pray that none of them write "racissssssst" in the anonymous course evaluations. If a you have a solid case for giving an "F" grade and a complaint arrives, quote Pilate: "What I have written, I have written."
