"House will take over a district that has some of the lowest student proficiency scores in Maryland, especially in math."

Gee, why is this so?

Pee Gee County is an “affluent” black enclave.

“It’s the blecks,” said the south african.

Actually, it is the Bell Curve in action.

Now consider baltimore, camden, east Saint Louis, ….

Millard House--negro "miracle worker".

House recently left a job as superintendent of the Houston Independent School District in Texas, where he is credited with helping improve 40 of the 50 lowest-performing schools. Prior to that, he was a school superintendent in Clarksville, Tennessee from 2017 to 2021.

GRA:One can only be slightly cynical of what "improvement" means.A "jump" of test scores from 60 to 70 is meaningless--especially if new methods of calculation are used to improve them.Dumbing down tests is also how black superintendents can get those numbers up.

Not a very honest way of doing things, but that's blackie for you.

Wow so they hired a guy who just lost his Houston ISD job because of student performance. My state had to step in and try to fix this and several other ISDs and guess what they all have in common.

Correct. No where to go anyhow but from the bottom. Those pee-poe very good at jumping too.

These negro educators highly touted move around from place to place and the expectation is always of great promise which never seems to materialize.

Sorta like the negro police chiefs like Old Brownie in Chicago. Great expectations of significant improvement but then little if any occurs.

LAUGH OF THE DAY:WHITE GUY NAMED POLICE COMMISSIONER IN BALTIMORE

GRA:Why is it hilarious?blacks who run black majority cities don't let BLACK police chiefs do anything to uphold the law against criminal blacks--why would they let Whitey?

(Baltimore banner)When former Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh tapped (black)Michael Harrison to lead the Baltimore Police, she chose a chief whose experience centered on implementing reforms amid the violence of New Orleans.

(GRA:He was a complete failure,as ALL blacks turn out to be.So he resigned.)

Four years later, Mayor Brandon Scott has returned to a homegrown cop and native of Pigtown who spent his career patrolling the streets of Baltimore. The mayor has nominated(White) Richard Worley as the next Baltimore Police commissioner. After a stint as a minor-league baseball player, Worley served more than two decades within the department, rising from patrol officer to deputy commissioner. He spent his first four years on patrol in the Western District, where he was later to lieutenant and then major a year later.

“When I first started the job I was little older, I was 34. So when I first started my goal was to be a sergeant in five years and a lieutenant in 10. I didn’t really think much after that,” Worley, 58, said during the mayor’s news conference Thursday. “Then I became a captain and all of a sudden I wanted to move up and, eventually one day, I wanted to be the commissioner. What happens is most of the time you don’t become a commissioner in the agency that you come through. I’m lucky enough to hopefully do that now.”

GRA:He looks like a cop,but he's in the wrong century to be allowed to clean up the mess. What's black mayor Scott up to?Make Whitey look bad? He won't get support from black cops about any deviations Rich Worley might suggest that would change black law, which runs the streets.

So two years as commish and then retire at a higher pension?Just shut up and let everything go at status quo?He must have really had a favor coming--not that it means anything crimewise in that filthy city.
