The victims “of a deadly Midtown shooting” have filed suits against the security company that employed the “alleged gunman.”
Brian Watts, husband of slain marketing specialist Brittney Watts, and Lauren Garcia, who was paralyzed by the shooting, and Tiffany Ferenczy all filed separated lawsuits against Allied Barton Security Services on Thursday in Fulton County Superior Court.

Allied Barton security guard Nkosi Thandiwe, who has been charged with murder and multiple counts of aggravated assault in the July 15 shooting, remains in Fulton County jail without bond awaiting trial.

A security guard kills one woman, paralyzes another for life, and wounds a third. Could Tom Wolfe have made this up?

Victims of a deadly Midtown shooting have sued the security company that employed the alleged gunman.

The complaints claim negligence on the part of the security company, alleging that rather than securing the Proscenium building at 14th Street and Crescent Avenue where he worked, Thandiwe endangered the three women working in the building, who police say he shot.

According to Atlanta police investigators, Thandiwe approached Brittany Watts in the parking deck of the building and fatally shot her in the neck.

He then took her car and drove out of the parking deck, allegedly firing more shots as he escaped that struck Garcia in the back, severing her spinal cord, and hitting Ferenczy in the leg.

Thandiwe was scheduled to undergo a mental evaluation, but it is unclear if the results have been released.

ManuLife Financial Corp. and John Hancock Life Insurance Co., co-owners of the Proscenium building, were named as defendants in the lawsuit, along with Thandiwe.

All three lawsuits are demanding compensation for medical and/or funeral expenses as well as punitive damages from Allied Barton and its co-defendants.

We're getting blanket national media coverage of the Tulsa shootings but next to nothing on this shooting. Who cares about white women getting shot anyways? What else is new.

Liberals on Dailykos pretend that only white women in Aruba get coverage. Those blacks sure are jealous of beautiful whites, Asians and Latins. My god will someone please teach the narcissist blacks a real fucking lesson they will never ever forget.

Hey Nick!

Re-printed this excellent article on my blog here:

http://ronbosoldier.blogspot.com/2012/04/another-day-another-black-racist-murder.html

In case you haven't noticed I've been attacking black racism hard ever since the Zimmerman Affair has become big news with the obvious truth that the Klan With The Tan is the problem and not Jim Crow.

Clearly, the Zimmerman Affair is the creation of the black racist-fascist Obama Regime for two important reasons: get the news off the terrible economy and improve The Magic Negro's reelection chances in November.

Cheers, Ronbo

Dear Nicholas,

Thanks for your brave and ongoing work on this and so many other cases which the Ministry of Truth and their numerous lickspittle "conservative" counterparts shove down the memory hole.

At any rate, a question. The firm and attorney representing Thandiwe seem fairly expensive from what I can see. Why is it that black thugs like him have access to a seemingly endless source of attorneys and funds to battle every case through all levels of the judicial system? Who is paying for all this? Maybe you should do an article about this issue some time. I seriously doubt that Jake England (the Cherokee in Tulsa) will have access to this kind of 'white-shoe' law firm to litigate his case for decades.
