On Wednesday, 100 friends and family members of this summer’s Atlanta shooting victims packed a Fulton County courtroom to hear “alleged” shooter, Nkosi Thandiwe, enter a plea.
Thandiwe was indicted September 30 on charges of murder, felony murder, aggravated assault and gun possession. The July 15 shooting left one woman dead and two injured.
Thandiwe’s attorney, Rickey Richardson, told Judge Kelly Amanda Lee his client is not mentally capable of entering a plea and psychological testing is not complete.
A continuation was granted and the next court hearing will be November 16.
Richardson also said Jack Garland will replace him as Thandiwe’s attorney.
Nearly all of the people in attendance were supporting Brittney Watts, who was shot and killed in the attack.
Fani Willis, of the Fulton County District Attorney’s office, announced the state is seeking a sentence of “life without parole.”
The “crazy card” seems to be the defense. It has already worked in getting the death penalty off the table.
Thandiwe was (supposedly) a security guard at the Proscenium building when he “allegedly” shot and killed Watts in the building’s parking garage. He is accused of shooting two other women. Lauren Garcia was left paralyzed. Tiffany Ferenczy was shot in the leg.
All three women worked in the Proscenium building.

Of course! Blacks play the race card as the reason for murdering whites, then they play the crazy card as the reason they should not be executed for murdering whites. It works. Now that's crazy like a fox.
This blog sounds a lot like an opportunity for a white person who disliked black people long before this tragedy occurred to go on a rampage. This story isn't about you and your dislike for a certain race. It is lawyers who play the insanity card and that is regardless of race and they defend individuals who they know in their heart are guilty. What happened to Brittney and the other victims was WRONG and he should suffer a slow and painful consequence (death). Even that won't make up for whats happened but you can rest assured your blog aimed at "BLACK" people shooting white people will not prevent it from happening again.
