On Wednesday, 100 friends and family members of this summer’s Atlanta shooting victims packed a Fulton County courtroom to hear “alleged” shooter, Nkosi Thandiwe, enter a plea.
Thandiwe was indicted September 30 on charges of murder, felony murder, aggravated assault and gun possession. The July 15 shooting left one woman dead and two injured.
Thandiwe’s attorney, Rickey Richardson, told Judge Kelly Amanda Lee his client is not mentally capable of entering a plea and psychological testing is not complete.
A continuation was granted and the next court hearing will be November 16.
Richardson also said Jack Garland will replace him as Thandiwe’s attorney.
Nearly all of the people in attendance were supporting Brittney Watts, who was shot and killed in the attack.
Fani Willis, of the Fulton County District Attorney’s office, announced the state is seeking a sentence of “life without parole.”
The “crazy card” seems to be the defense. It has already worked in getting the death penalty off the table.
Thandiwe was (supposedly) a security guard at the Proscenium building when he “allegedly” shot and killed Watts in the building’s parking garage. He is accused of shooting two other women. Lauren Garcia was left paralyzed. Tiffany Ferenczy was shot in the leg.
All three women worked in the Proscenium building.

It really doesn't matter that the death penalty is taken off the table for this barbaric sub human cretin, Nkosi Thandiwe. An Atlanta jury will never give the death penalty to a black for murdering whites. In Georgia a jury must vote unanimous for the death penalty. In jury selection blacks lie and say they will, but they never do.
A few years ago, Brian Nichols who was on trial for rape, escaped because of the Fulton County's lax and inept security and murdered the judge and another court employee, then shot and killed a deputy sheriff, left the scene, then killed a federal agent who was working on his house, then held up a few days with some white female when he invaded her home before being captured. He got life in prison. As we all know life in prison rarely means life in prison.
