pfizer and other mRNA jab companies have quit doing much covid shot research.

No shock. Sales have collapsed, despite massive ad campaigns. Worse, if new clinical trials find side effects, the companies will be legally required to tell regulators.

All downside, no upside, except the truth. Who needs that? The safest research is none at all.

But in 2022, Pfizer still had hope for its mRNA cash cow. So it ran a trial meant to determine if flu shots and its jab could be given simultaneously. (Yes, this is the scientific foundation for the infamous “two things at once” Travis Kelce ad campaign.)

Pfizer’s researchers quietly published their findings in the journal Infectious Diseases and Therapy last month. The results are intriguing. Though not for the reasons the company intended.

The paper’s design provides a unique placebo-controlled glimpse into the safety and efficacy of mRNA jabs in the Omicron era. Spoiler alert: they are bad. Very bad.

A PC, a good laser multi-function printer/copier/fax, word processing software, a full-blown version of Adobe, and especially the internet give me the ability to work from home thereby avoiding 3-4 hours per day of commuting by car, train and subway. Printer paper and laser cartridges are delivered here, I print my own USPS and FedEx postage. I file papers online.

I have had this ability for about 20 years but it took COVID to cause me to implement this mode of operation.

Keep your Manhattan office space. I’m more comfortable here, carpeted, shoeless, casually dressed. No muggers, shooters or getting shoved in front of a train.

The biggest downsides are the distractions mostly imposed upon me by demanding family members and the inability to gracefully escape from that.

I may shave this week.

Such anti-Israel vitriol following the brutal Oct. 7 slaughter of 1,400 Israeli civilians by Hamas jihadist terrorists permeated Jadaliyya's "Gaza in Context Teach-In: First Session, Gaza 101."

As the participants' comments demonstrated, the virulently anti-Israel, antisemitic protests raging on campuses nationwide are occurring in an intellectual climate shaped by the hate-filled pronouncements of prominent Middle East studies professors.

Bassam Haddad, director of George Mason University's Middle East and Islamic Studies Program, moderated for Jadaliyya. He introduced the webinar as a response to the supposedly pro-Israel "appalling discourse" among governments and media during this latest Hamas-instigated round of bloodshed.
