In other news,it was announced that George Segal would be coming back to "The Goldbergs" to help fill the void caused by the demise of the father character.
Or will the show pull a Dick Sargent and replace Jeff Marlin's character with another actor--as was famously done on "Bewitched"?
No doubt,the new father role will be black--I say--and in his major comeback--it will be none other than Bill Cosby!A blackish/Jewish-ish combo.

I wonder the same thing about his career, is this going to be a vindictive MeToo witch hunt that will follow him forever? That happened to Louis CK over things that happened 10 yrs. for his creepy but not unforgivable behavior 10 yrs. previous. Garlin can be very over the top though, I saw him on celebrity Wheel of Fortune and his behavior was bordering on obnoxious, but his co star, Adam on the Goldbergs, described him as lovable on Conan, though also described him a wildman on the set. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EC2VUY1Uo24
