Barking dogs? Barking dogs? The media will only say that the shootings occurred. Not that it occurred for such an absurd reason as the police telling a bad guy to stop his barking dogs. I bet guard dogs at a stash house.

(abc7-Chicago)Indiana State Police said Sullivan was arrested after a search warrant was executed by U.S. Marshals and a SWAT team at about 9:30 a.m. at a home in the 1000-block of Bond Street in North Manchester, near Fort Wayne.
Cellphone video showed police clearing the home and(black)people walking out with their hands in the air.
Sullivan and another person from Kankakee were taken into custody without incident, police said. Narcotics and weapons were found inside the home, police said.
(GRA:Probably could have arrested dozens.)
Sullivan is being transported back to Kankakee County, Illinois State Police said. The sheriff's office was offering a $25,000 reward for information that led to his arrest.
Earlier at about 3:30 a.m., police said a car was driving the wrong way on a one-way street in Rochester, Indiana. After initiating a traffic stop and a chase, two men, ages 20 and 26, from Kankakee, were arrested.
They were both charged with possession of stolen property, resisting law enforcement and possession of a handgun without a license. The relationship between Sullivan and the other men arrested from Kankakee is under investigation.

A second suspect in the shooting of the Bradley officers, Xandria A. Harris, 26, turned herself in to Bradley police Friday afternoon. Harris is believed to have been in the room with Sullivan at the time of the shooting, authorities said.
Harris' attorney, Phil Haddad, wouldn't share her involvement in the shooting that night, but said she turned herself in voluntarily.
"Charges have been filed," Haddad said. "She maintains her innocence. She's a mother of three children and she's pregnant."
(GRA:That's a positive? The attorney makes it sound like it is.She's a damn sociopath--like the probable culprit of her pregnancy is--Sullivan.)
Harris will appear in bond court Monday, Haddad said.

Local DA has asked Department of Justice to charge and try as a death penalty case. Killing someone in furtherance of a criminal conspiracy can be a death penalty case.
I bet the AG Garfinkel [Garland] will deny.
