DENVER — Colorado Gov. Jared Polis reduced the sentence for Rogel Aguilera-Mederos, the Houston truck driver who was convicted in the 2019 I-70 crash that killed four people. Polis used his power to change that sentence after Aguilera-Mederos applied for clemency. The governor reduced Aguilera-Mederos' sentence to 10 years.

R.C.: This latino parasite killed 4 and gets 10 years.
Derek Chauvin killed no one, and he gets years in prison.
This banana republic is a [bleeping] joke.

Pressure from minorities is going to do it every time--UNTIL--some White leader says "N-O!"
Supposedly 5 million online signatures on a petitions.Or maybe--in reality-- a thousand, recycled over and over again--like Bidens popular vote count.

An his immigration status is?
Ten years is still more than a young woman got who was reportedly talking on her cell phone and driving as fast as 80 mph when she slammed into a stalled car and killed 4 people in Washington state. Prosecutors decided to file NO Criminal charges--they had considered going for 20 months per person killed which would have been 6.6 years. But they decided not to prosecute. So 10 years this truck driver is getting is much harsher than NO years this woman got. And 110 years is cruel and unusual punishment for an accident when deliberate murderers get much lighter sentences. It is wrong to let people off for being minorities but also wrong to give them excessive sentences. That said, it is also wrong to give police officers obscene sentences for doing their jobs. However shooting someone with a gun when the officer meant to use a taser is gross negligence--but whoever was in charge is really the one responsible. Police should carry tasers differently than they carry their guns and the handles should be marked with something to give them different feels. There should be no way a gun can mistakenly be drawn thinking it was a taser. Someone in charge was careless and stupid.

Why not 1) stop commenting as 'Anonymous', and 2) provide a name and/or other details about the alleged case you mention -- I spent a few minutes searching and was unable to find anything.
