Was Chinatown (Chicago) Murder a “Target Practice” Murder or a Hit?

An implausible sounding story – scurrilous news to distract from the Ghislaine Maxwell modified limited hangout?

“Chicago Judge Denies Bail for Chinatown Shooter: ‘Overwhelming’ Evidence of ‘Execution’ Killing — Alphonso Joyner did not cooperate with investigators or answer questions

Assistant State’s Attorney James Murphy said his team could not provide a motive for the shooting, only offering that “sometimes individuals just do evil things.”

Eahilf: I suppose they do – but recall the crime resembled a hit: “random” victim is walking on the sidewalk – the accused shoots the victim from inside a vehicle – then he gets out, goes over to the wounded victim, delivers the fatal shots, gets back in, and drives off – no robbery, no apparent motive, and he won’t talk.

? N.S.: I call murders in which a black in a car or standing on the sidewalk sees a White jogging or riding a bike and casually blows him away, target practice murders. However, I’ve never heard of a case in which the black killer stopped and got out of his vehicle, in order to give the non-black vic the coup de grace. However, if the prosecutor calls it motiveless, that’s a tell that it was a target practice killing.

The mindset of the black individual and/or black group is beyond analyzing.Motive is not necessary for a black to kill:"I just feels like it,"is as valid an excuse as more specific ones("I got ripped off","nigga stole my gf" etc.).

This same thought process--or lack of it--also allows the black to claim he "shouldn't be punished with arrest and prison time for committing crimes."

A vast majority of blacks agree with that statement but only a deranged group mentality can possibly explain how negroes can espouse these nonsensical tenets. Add the fact that blacks never cooperate with police investigations into murders--even when conducted by black cops, along with the belief that nothing they do is "illegal"--and you achieve the very definition of anarchy. It's what their goal is for a society that has blacks running it.

So to attempt to make a distinction of either a " hit" or target practice is useless--when it comes to clarifying "why" blacks do or don't do anything.

That would assume intelligence is lurking in their collective brains--somewhere.

It isn't.

No it's not -- if it was a hit, presumably he was paid, so it would be important to find out who paid him: the person/people behind it, and the motive.

In his mugshot the accused looks brutish and stupid, but not malicious -- ?

Of course I don't know what really happened.

(DERISIVE)LAUGH OF THE DAY

NNN at 6:43 pm Vickie Nyguen was the reporter to describe what retail stores are doing to stop the black flashmobs from stealing their goods.
THAT wasn't the humorous part--she gave a straight forward explanation, but at the very beginning,Nyguen described what was happening lately--with a cartoon figure of a thug robber running across the screen with stolen goods.

He was White.

Really NBC?I did laugh and shake my head at the dishonesty of the art department.

Did the conversation go like this?

"Yeah,we're supposed to do a 5 second animation of a robber carrying a bag of stolen goods."

"Okay--White?"

"Of course."

"But 90 percent plus of the mobs are BLACK. "

"Well, put your black crayon away...lol,you know how it works around here."

"I sure do."

Exactly. Decisions made on an emotional basis mostly without logical thought being a factor.

Knee-jerk reaction anything seen as a slight even if only perceived sets them off big time.

"Then it would be important to find out who paid him"--do the cops EVER find that kind of information out from blacks--and what do the cops do about it?They can barely arrest black murderers, let alone anyone who might be behind it.
That's dreaming.

Truly 'random', motiveless serious crimes like homicide are rare -- at the moment, everything considered I see no reason to believe/assume this is one of them, and it would be irresponsible for the police to not investigate further (link):

Surveillance footage showed Joyner drive up alongside Woom at around 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday and opening fire. He then got out of the car and continued to shoot at the victim before returning to his vehicle and driving away.
