The U.S. Embassy in Tokyo Issued a Tweet on Sunday Warning that Foreigners were being Stopped by Japanese Police in "Suspected Racial Profiling Incidents."

Well, I can say this: having worked several times as a vendor with Japanese customers (i.e. they are the ones paying) in a vendor:customer relationship (for high tech products), I can tell you the Japanese are tough, hard-nosed, no-nonsense bastards -- so if Japanese officials are anything like Japanese businessmen and engineers, the Japanese officials will tell the Americans to fuck off with that 'racial profiling' crap.

I recall leaving a comment on one media site that ran a story about a Baltic country not wanting black troops stationed there that maybe they'd heard about the crimes committed by black troops on Okinawa and other places.

Just for comparison: in the 200m 'long course' (i.e. 50m pool, meaning 4 laps) freestyle event, the current fastest time for men is 1:42.00 (102s), whereas for women it's 1:52.98 (113s) -- so the fastest women's time is +111% of the fastest men's time.
Note: A common standard often enforced in e.g. motorcycle racing, is that if your time in practice is 107% or greater than the fastest time, you will not be allowed to compete further: to take part in qualifying or participate in the race -- because you're too slow.
If they tested this 'transgender swimmer' and enforced doping norms, I'm sure they'd find he has a far higher testosterone level than what's allowed for women.
This is the same kind of cowardly nonsense that allowed South African Caster Semenya, who is basically a male with undescended testicles (not 'her' fault of course), to compete against women for years, robbing them of medals.
Crime usually committed by American blacks in Okinawa always gets attention and headlines. American servicemen on temporary duty feel they have been given a free ticket to commit crimes and then leave the country abruptly.
