wiki’s entry for Project Veritas is one of the most blatant and biased hit pieces I’ve ever seen on wiki, and considering that wiki is basically a globalist propaganda outlet, that’s saying a lot:

You don’t get slammed that hard, unless you’re doing something right.
N.S.: Project Veritas’ attorney Libby Locke is implying that the times’ counsel is a wartime consigliere, and thus can be excluded from the trial. That’s what the trial judge did, in order to get Bruce Cutler thrown out of the John Gotti retrial for 18 murders, 30 years ago.

Libby Locke is really getting at the heart of the matter. She's asking if the NYT knew about the FBI raid, if it had part in organizing it, if it called for it, and if the people who decided to publish what was stolen were also part of the raid and the court case. Joel is just giving roundabout answers that... Well, don't make a lot of sense to me. I guess I'm not that good at debates, but what he said about "being libel-proof" confused me.
N.S. to Andrew K: It is confusing, at first blush. What Joel was saying was that Project Veritas is in a free-fire zone; everyone can fire (libel) on it. But this is a self-interested, one might even say, circular argument. The times and its political comrades have all libeled PV, thus giving it a terrible reputation. Then they say, in their defense, “It’s impossible to be guilty of libeling a person or organization with such a terrible reputation!”

The fact that the FBI isn’t even being talked about for their crimes in this drama is the real story here. A Sisyphean labor= Bringing justice to unjust fiends.
N.S.: You ain’t kiddin,’ pal. This is really a criminal case being litigated in civil court. Lot of that goin’ around.

Be aware at all times how hard the communists and other leftists will go to such extremes to "get you" if you even think of "stepping on their toes".
They have a basic evil nature about them. And a whole lotta hate.
