Dallas Mall Seeks to Cheat Death

America is littered with shuttered factories and dead malls, and both for the same reasons: Racist, violent, blacks. Racist, violent blacks drove law-abiding, productive whites out of the cities where the factories used to be. Then the blacks headed for the suburbs, and changed the meaning of that word to something more like the French “banlieus.”

Companies opened malls all over the country, going back 50 year or so. But once blacks moved out into the suburbs, thanks to Fair Housing laws and federal muscle, they went in search of what they could destroy. Their new neighborhoods came first. But once they had run or killed off the whites who had built those neighborhoods, and turned them into cesspools, they went hunting for the whites that got away. They found them at the nearest mall.

Over the past 10-20 years “dead mall syndrome” has arisen. Each time a new mall opens, whose builder and customers hoped it would be far enough away from blacks to survive and thrive, the blacks prove them wrong. They descend upon it and riot, steal, beat and rob whites, and vandalize the place.

Two of the reasons that malls are being destroyed ever more rapidly is the ever-growing insatiability of blacks’ will to destroy, and the movement to build “light rail” transport connections between cities and suburban malls. The only people with an interest in such rail lines are the builders, politicians looking to extort money out of them, racist black mall-killers, and those who support them. Racist black thugs get to ride “free” to the mall, beat and rob any whites they come across on the train, wreak mayhem at the mall, and then beat and rob any whites they encounter on the way home.

There are even blogs about dead malls, with pictures of vacant malls, modern Roanokes, but without a word of honest explanation for what happened.

The folks at NorthPark are seeking to hold off such a fate. They won’t state the obvious, but they don’t need to. Most of the commenters at the story below state it for them. A couple of supporters of racist black mayhem lie, and assert that the mall operators have no legal right to demand that minors be accompanied by a parent, but they don’t fool anyone, either.

Teens Must Be with Parents at Night at NorthPark

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Teenagers have been hanging out at shopping malls since the 1970s. It almost seems like a rite of passage. At NorthPark Center in Dallas, that rite of passage now requires a parent after 6:00 p.m.

“I think it’s our responsibility to know where our children are, who they’re with and what they’re doing,” said Bridget Johnson, a mother of a 15-year-old.

NorthPark is enforcing a new “code of conduct” that requires anyone 17 or younger to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian while inside the mall after 6:00 p.m. “I really do respect that there are parents who may not agree with us completely,” explained NorthPark spokesman, Mark Annick. ”I can tell you that we’ve also spoken with all of the merchants in NorthPark and they think this a very good idea,” added Annick.

NorthPark says the new code is a result of the estimated 26 million visitors that come to the mall every year. With such a large volume, the management says they’re trying to maintain a family friendly atmosphere.

Meredith Bunch is the store manager of Fresh and she’s on board with the policy. “Friday nights and Saturday nights tend to be times spent with your family,” said Bunch. “I love that people come to mall and feel safe and feel comfortable,” she added.

NorthPark management says the new teen policy has nothing to do with complaints filed by shoppers.

While many parents support it, others maintain that 6:00 p.m. is too early to enforce a code of conduct. “I think it’s a little early. I think more like 8:00 p.m. or 9:00 p.m., maybe,” said parent Debbie Hilliard.

NorthPark security will enforce the code by randomly checking IDs. Unaccompanied teenagers, 17 and under, will be asked to call their parents to come join them or pick them up.

An exception will be made for teens coming to the mall for a movie. However, NorthPark says they must go straight to the theater and leave once the movie is over.

Teens who work at the mall are also exempt. Here’s the full code of conduct:

NorthPark mall is perhaps the finest indoor shopping mall in America, and it has long been a haven of calm, couth, and civilized behavior. But once the local transit authority built a light rail station nearby, the mall has been suddenly flooded with packs of cruising Negroes.

And, as always, Negroes = Trouble.

You have to understand the demographics of Dallas to get the true impact of this story. NorthPark is the Vatican of White Dallas. It is the last refuge of the White World, the last place a white Dallasite could go to escape the creeping horror from the south side of town. It is populated mainly by upper-class white ladies of the Junior League type, clean-cut white professional men, and the creamy-skinned, blonde-haired white honey-pie daughters of same.

And then the authorities built a high-speed rail line linking this oasis of White civilization with the darkest heart of Ooga-Booga Land. Imagine running a pipeline for raw sewage into Saint Peter's and you'll get the impact the rail station has had on NorthPark.

But the 'Park is a high-end outfit. The tenants are Barneys, Neiman's, Nordstrom, Tiffany, and lots of high-end boutiques. The people that shop there are not Wal-Mart customers. They are not used to Negro behavior. They live in all-white enclaves and send their kids to all-white schools. To them, blacks are either Cool, like the models in the Italian suit ads they see in Town & Country; Cute, like the artfags, gay Negroes, and clowns they see at gallery shows, in chic clubs, and on TV; or they are Cowboys -- that is, professional athletes. The typical NorthPark shopper knows only the "theoretical Negro", the Negro that they have experienced secondhand. They have no knowledge of what American black people are really like.

And now they are finding out. Hence the new rules.

There was once a time when Dallas whites could have pulled off a gimmick like this policy. The cops and judges were all white, after all, and the local media could be counted on to look the other way. Those days are over. You can expect to see protests, marching, and Angry Negroes on TV demanding an end to this "outrage" any day now. Local professional rabble-rouser John Wiley Price will attack some North Dallas soccer mom's SUV as she pulls into the parking structure. A visit from the Rev. Al, the Rev. Jesse, and the SPLC may follow. The media will descend on the story of the "Mall That Hated Black People" like a flock of vultures.

And the next thing you'll see is the white owners of NorthPark on TV, announcing the end to this "misguided and unfair" policy and sacking the ceremonial Fall Guy.

And then NorthPark will go the way of Red Bird Mall, Town East, Valley View, Vista Ridge, and so many other area shopping centers: it will be overrun by Negroes, then by cholos, then by tweakers. The fights come next. Then somebody gets shot. Barneys, Neiman's, Nordstrom, and Tiffany decamp for Allen or McKinney or whatever small town the white people are fleeing to.

And finally NorthPark will die. Its corpse may live on as Plaza de la Raza or Saigon Shopping City, but the NorthPark we all knew, loved, and grew up in will be dead and gone.

Because of Negroes. Because we wouldn't keep out the Negroes.

There are many Dead Malls in the Nashville area that thrived 35 years ago. It didn't take rail lines, just a come as you are situation. By the way, our friend Jamie Satterfield calls present-day Nashville "Nashvegas."
