Some of Clark Atlanta's dorms remain under renovation, displacing students that recently arrived on campus.

R.C.: Isn’t this a Knee Grow school?

Because a Knee Grow mind is a terrible thing to waste.

A minute ago, I mentioned this story to my wife, a retired librarian. She reminded me about something about the Austin, Texas high school where she worked.

One year, summer renovations that were being made to some classrooms weren't finished in time for the beginning of the school year. So among other things, the library had to host classes for its special ed kids for six weeks or so.

I admit that's not as bad as traveling halfway across the country and then finding out you don't have a place to live at your new university like you thought you would.
