EVERYBODY is supposed to comply with the cops. No matter who you are. People have to be told this?
The next hot spot--Chicago--courtesy of a 13 year old,Adam Toledo,running away from the cops.When he stops,he has a gun--and is shot.Some reports suggest Toledo put down the gun,a split second before he was shot.
I saw one hilarious comment:
