Drunk,but was that done by her in a premeditated manner to mitigate the criminality of the act--to reduce the charges?She picked out a White cop--not a black,Mex,Indian--White.Coincidence?Doubtful.

Is she that smart?She'll never tell,but for now she can lean on the fact that she was inebriated to lessen the charges.To me,it's a hate crime and she made herself drunk to legally avoid a murder charge.

The attack was planned and the race of the target was as well.
