The man who witnesses say pulled the trigger and shot another man dead as they stood in line at the tickets counter at the Greyhound Bus Station in Springfield has been charged with first-degree murder.
Court records say Mohamed Dawod from Arizona has asked for a lawyer, saying he has limited understanding of the English language and didn't understand his rights.
Police say they interviewd at least 10 witnesses who all say the attack was unprovoked and that Dawod wanted to shoot the gun again, but it jammed.
Police found a live round in the chamber.
Several people tackled Dawod after Justin Hall from Ohio hit the ground. He was 32.

3145 the number of white farmers killed since. . . . . Countless millions, the number of black people killed and enslaved by whites through out history. I guess they have a long way to go to catch up. Ha Ha Ha!!! You stupid fool.
Yea I'm sure you won't post my comments. COWARD!!!!! You lack intelectual intgrety.
That's strike two and strike three, anon. Good morning, good afternoon, good night. You're out.
Anonymous' viewpoint is actually very evil. Because some whites once enslaved some blacks, he apparently believes that all blacks today have the right to attack all whites. It doesn't matter that white people brought about the end of that same slavery in the U.S.
Uh-oh! Wait a minute. My thinking is too narrow. I see his complete point now. He's not just talking about the United States. All black people have the right to attack white people all over the world for the rest of eternity. That's because current black evil can never surpass past white evil!
I wonder if Anonymous has ever been sucker-punched or assaulted by someone of a different race who didn't like his race? (He certainly hasn't been shot in the back and killed.) If someone ever slams their fist into his face (or worse), perhaps he'll just exclaim "Ha Ha Ha!!" in response.
