Guy was so high he didn't even know a tire was missing? Those foobawer I suspect most of the time are high on something.
Marshawn's first rule one of driving:
Count your tires.If you can't count to four,take a picture on your smartphone and send it to your coach(if he's White),ex-coach(if he's White)or a Goodyear store for verification.
Anything less than 4 tires--you should not attempt to drive that vehicle.
