P&G?
What a joke.
I worked for Deloitte & Touche years ago.
It’s original client was Proctor & Gamble.
This was back when there was a Mr. Proctor and a Mr. Gamble.
P&G was a staunch supporter of affirmative action.
I got to meet one of its Indian (dot not feather) female employees one day.
She had a degree in microbiology from the University of Rochester.
Worked in the diaper group at P&G. No, am not kidding.
Got into the IT group because she wanted to do something different.
Knew nothing about computers nor computer networking, but P&G needed a DIE-verse workforce.
So, got moved over.
N.S.: solving disagreements with guns is a "devastating trend" among blacks across the country. FIFY

Over-the-Rhine area. Was originally settled by German immigrants. They would be "surprised" to see the place today. I am sure of that. Demographics far different.
DIE. Exactly. Not DEI.
