I guess I should be more respectful/sympathetic, but John Fetterman loves to talk about what a straight shooter he is, so I figured I'd channel him. Besides, he says it's nothing serious, just a lil stroke, and you should vote for him anyway. For those of you wondering why cannabis matters in this story, there's now strong evidence it can cause heart attacks and cardiovascular disease. And Fetterman is desperate to legalize cannabis.
