Kent County Prosecutor Chris Becker Asking Outside Experts about “Use of Force” in Lyoya Case (The Patrick Lyoya Hoax)

[“Grand Rapids: In Addition to the Usual Hit Parade of black-on-black shootings, Wealthy, White, East Grand Rapids was ‘integrated,’ with a running, black gang gun battle.”]

GRA: woodtv reported, that Kent County prosecutor Chris Becker is asking outside experts for their opinions on use of force, related to when a suspect attempts to take an officer’s taser—and the ramifications thereof.

“What options does the officer have—is the basic inquiry from Becker,” according to a former [black] cop wood asked on the subject.

[GRA: No one asks White guys their opinions anymore—they must be black.]

“Can the officer use reasonable force, if he is in fear that the taser could be used—against the cop—to disable him?”

Of course.

N.S.: Sounds like Chris Becker is looking for an opportunity to pass the buck. He knows full well that the law supports Officer Schurr’s actions.

Any time someone wants to take you weapon away, even if you are not a policeman, that surely indicates the intent is to kill you and can reasonably be inferred as being so. Whether the perpetrator means it or not, you can reasonably infer is to kill.

Those tasers when holstered do resemble greatly a firearm.

Treyvons Martin too of Zimmerman/Martin infamy also was sending a message to Zimm that Treyvons was out to kill. Knocking someone flat, jumping on that person, continuing to beat Zimm for up to a minute could be reasonably inferred by Zimm as an indication Treyvons intended to kill him. Even if Treyvons was not intending to kill, that was the message being sent.
