N.S.: Mrs. Ngwu is not "NY mom," she's a nigerian mom. She wasn't crushed by a "fleeing builder's truck," she was crushed a fleeing car thief. And it wasn't an "accident." When someone harms another person in the commission of a crime, the act causing the harm is always also a crime.
And what was Mrs. Ngwu doing here, in the first place? This may well have been a criminal-on-criminal crime.

The story as presented in the media (other than the obvious 'truck crushes woman' nonsense) is not accurate.
The street in question was a 'dead end', known for years as a good place to dump construction debris, which companies would otherwise have to pay to have properly disposed.
Since all of the basic trades are now in the hands of illegals, they are given these 'jobs' - and have no problem dumping crap anywhere/everywhere in Queens - more typically at night.
Places 'out of the way', and with least likelihood of observation, are frequented: every service road alongside parkways, unguarded parking lots on weekends, and streets like these yield new piles every few days - usually demolition debris of every type.
Not only was this idiot a shit driver (almost certainly unlicensed), the commercial vehicle had the contractor name/address info clearly visible.
Something else which got CRUSHED--the stock market.
