100 % right. That is what is occurring. Whether is is deliberate or not is not a matter. Only that it is occurring. Numbers now increasing markedly too. Two hundred thousand a month caught now. Probably that many not caught. That is nearly three million a year. Give it time and it will all come to pass no more USA.
