Remember the article on Gateway Pundit about how airlines are giving free flights to African migrants?

The disinformation campaign has kicked into gear:

Reuters has “investigated” this, and concluded that it’s false.
Of course, truth is, they did no such thing. According to Reuters, the article is false because the headline misleadingly suggest the airlines themselves are supplying free flights. That’s true, the airlines are not directly (at least according to them) supplying free flights to Africans, a charity organization called Miles4Migrants does and Delta has a relationship with SkyWish. This is clearly pointed out in the article itself, and while the headline is a bit simplistic and could be amended, it doesn’t change the essential facts.
It’s all being handled in a roundabout way—Delta uses another charity organization. Reality is, Africans are getting free flight but it appears to be rather shadowy exactly how they are getting paid for. I wouldn’t be surprised if somebody uncovered Soros money in there somewhere. Here is some text from the article. Reuters avoids the essential point, by harping on details that don’t really change it:
Curtis Blessing, a spokesperson for American Airlines, confirmed, “American has no such relationship with Miles4Migrants.”
In fact, the Gateway Pundit removed mention of American Airlines from their original piece after the company reached out to the publisher (seen in this July 31, 2021, archived snapshot, visible archive.is/X4oK5).
A Delta spokesperson told Reuters via email, “While these claims are unfounded, Delta does offer customers a way to support charities by donating miles through the SkyWish (here) program.”
SkyWish provides “travel to ill or wounded service members, children with life-threatening medical conditions and volunteers assisting with disaster relief and recovery,” they said.
A spokesperson for United Airlines told Reuters via phone that the company does have a partnership with Miles4Migrants through its Miles on a Mission … program. United’s Miles on a Mission campaign “allows United MileagePlus members to give as few as 1,000 miles” to the charity.
Miles4Migrants told Reuters via email it does not use taxpayers’ money to pay for the flights.

False. American Airlines, Delta and United are not paying for African migrants to receive free flights to the United States. A charity named Miles4Migrants allows flight donations for migrants in need. N.S.: I deleted a link to the criminal “charity” in question. We have long had “public charge” laws in this country, which forbid anyone from immigrating here who will be a burden on the citizen taxpayer. Someone who cannot afford his fare here is manifestly unable to support himself without taxpayer assistance. Thus, Miles4Migrants is an illegal organization, and anyone helping it is in violation of the crime of “bringing in and harboring certain aliens,” 8 U.S. §1324, which is a felony, and which can be death-penalty eligible, depending on the additional crimes your illegal aliens commit, once you’ve aided and abetted them.

No we don't offer free flights to migrants! Somebody else does but they're still free flights. That about sum it up?
Even with charity paying those tickets are not cheap at all. Someone else is paying the bill?
