Never gonna happen but as an Oregon resident, I'd have no problem with it whatsoever. Anything to reduce the statewide influence of the "socially progressive" loons that run Portland is a good thing.
Do it. And all the way to the Pacific. Do it and do it now. A win-win situation for everyone.
