The women, who were identified "after a thorough investigation," were arrested Monday. A Prince George's County Department of Corrections spokesperson told WTOP that the women were county correctional offers who were off-duty at the time of the incident.

Prison guards when they get off work are full of rage and wish to lash out at any one who offends them in the slightest way. Constantly provoked by inmates all day long.
