How long before there are DNA hits on the two unidentified semen specimens in the Knoxville Horror?

This arrest is a direct result of Proposition 69, passed in California in 2004. Since 2009, DNA samples are taken from all suspects arrested for any felony. Without Prop 69, this murder and many others would never be solved.

Caifornia's liberals in the MSM and politics fought Prop 69 with all means at their disposal. It was place on the ballot because a wealthy man, Bruce Harrington, had a brother who was murdered in a case that remains unsolved.

See former LA County prosecutor Walt Lewis' book (www.waltlewis.com) chapter 21.
