That area may or may not be Texas anymore and in fact,may be,"unofficially" Mexico.So the difference is,should Abbott comment on crime that occurs in Mexico--I say no--it isn't our problem.
Should he comment on crimes that occur in Texas by mentioning the people were illegal?You bet.

Article says it's still a developing story, how many more deportations (and returns) will they find?
