No to both claims.The Turners--as a couple--and Ms.Turner,as a solo artist,did black/soul versions of songs--NOT rock 'n roll.John Fogarty wrote "Proud Mary" as a rock song.The Turners wrecked it--and made it a screeching,black screamfest.
But media endeavors to crown blacks with such royal titles in these kinds of categories,so I will offer some other WHITE "Queens of Rock and Roll".

"Where are the pictures of the adults who were responsible for this man's death. I understand if someone is under 18, but the article said at least 4 involved were adults, so why aren't they being exposed."
The reason they are not "being exposed" and there are no "pictures" is that "the adults who were responsible" have not been arrested. There have been no arrests. The police have released very little info other than the suspects are white males. But given the circumstances of a school fight, I'm sure they have very good leads and arrests will happen soon.
People are so stupid and easily led by the media. Which today is the source of a LOT of problems in society.
