That's fine, but with a one track racist thug like Bragg, this is just another White guy to send to prison.Trump,Penny for starters,a way to send a message to Whites in NYC:
"You cross us and you will be hatefully prosecuted simply because you are WHITE,while blacks will be treated with kid gloves regarding bail and charges imposed(if any)."
black law has come to nyc.

Here (https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12078189/CALLAHAN-ex-marines-manslaughter-arrest-Jordan-Neelys-subway-death-disgrace.html) is Maureen Callahan in the Daily Mail ripping Bragg's "craven politics" in charging Daniel Penny.
Callahan formerly wrote for the New York Post. Her main focus is ripping bad-behaving celebrities, which gives her plenty of targets.
From Callahan we learn there are TWO 67-year old women Neely had attacked. In 2019 Neely "randomly punched 67-year old Anne Micheltree inside an East Village deli."
"Neely punched another 67-year old woman--notice a pattern here?--as she exited a station in November 2021, giving her a broken nose, a fractured eye socket and 'substantial pain to the back of her head.'"
Callahan concludes: "A tragedy like this was inevitable, the result of the complete capitulation to lawlessness, the homeless, the mentally ill and career criminals."
"The blood and the blame belong not to Daniel Penny but to New York City alone."
Callahan?Perfect name for her.

He's going to need every penny of this to defend himself against racist D.A. Alvin Bragg's racially motivated and cynical persecution. Bragg has made it clear from day one that he will absolve as many black criminals as possible, whilst punishing those that have the temerity to defend themselves against black criminals.
If this case had been taken before a grand jury I doubt there would have been an arrest and prosecution.
