Wards of the state. Does the average white person care about "city resources"? No. Because they pay for them. Government is little more than a financial burden to Whites. Once saw it put this way:
"At this point, white people are little more than tax cows to support the rising tide of diversity."
Racial suspicion (normal of course), even hostility, is also a factor: most of the wards of the state in Chicago are black, and most of new arrival arrivals are probably mestizos.
Dropping those illegals off in colored neighborhoods very dangerous for the illegal too. Walk one block beyond where are being housed and you might not make it back "home".
