I suspect the baby formula shortage stems from the fact,the White House is hoarding it to feed Biden.
"Goo goo,ga ga,"said our President,the cue to bring his bib and baby food to the Oval Office.
"Nooooo,"said Brandon violently--slamming his formula into the nearest wall,"I want something else--ICE CREAM."
"Get him some ice cream,"Jill Biden snapped,"hurry,so there'll be some peace and quiet."
Ten minutes later,baby Brandon was asleep.
