Congratulations Minnesota and Minneapolis. Do-gooder programs to help the negro not only don't work but make things worse. Chickens come home to roost. Lots of negroes killing other negroes. Let them do so. Defund the cops. The cops vote with their butts by not getting involved. Good for them.
