Subject: Whites in Baltimore's Federal Hill don't know what the problem is?
When we arrived in baltimore, fall semester 1979, federal hill was supposed to be a safe area. looks like it is still the hold-out of many Whites. But walking isn't the answer. Do they really not know who/what the problem is? From the local Fox-TV station:
