Before the 1965 immigration act, she would likely have to have been murdered in her homeland of nepal. It has come as a bit of surprise to learn that northern virginia is home to a growing "nepalese community."
In this particular case, the nepalese nurse and mother of 1-year-old went out for a walk on july 28. Her husband only reported her missing on august 5. He was arrested this morning by manasses park, VA police.
