That Dylan has also done women's swimsuit modeling. He has starved himself to the point where he is skeletal, bone structure clearly visible. He has probably taken ten to twenty years off his life by doing so.
I don't get it. Normal males love women and are disgusted by perverts of every stripe. Who would buy a magazine with a man on the cover making believe he was a woman? Surely, this will be bad for sales as normal men will think, "yuck" and look elsewhere. Do the people in charge of this stuff not understand this or do they deliberately want to hurt their company?
