N.S.: This reminds me of another case from two or three years ago, in which a black war criminal shot a beautiful white girl on her way home from work, who had stopped for a traffic light.

Regarding the Chelsie Kirschten murder, three black suspects were arrested. One pleaded guilty to second degree murder in late 2018 and was sentenced to 40 years with 10 "suspended." No news on the other two on Google.
Jackson, Mississippi I have read in 84 % black.
Can we count Jackson as one of those black cities,media informs us,existed in the 1910s--that were so advanced?
