Slowly but surely it all goes bad for Garfinkel [Garland]. Case dissolving? I hope so. There never was a case in the first place. The Pres can instantly declassify anything he wants to anytime he wants to. He does not need a process or permission.
The Pres too can keep a certain stash of records from his administration.
All under case law.
