The way they drink and do drugs,they'll require ANOTHER transplant in 10 years. Don't waste the organs on minorities.

Correct. Disparate outcome. Most minorities too have an aversion to organ donor transplants. Not enough donors can be found. Transplant organs usually don't take if a whitey is the donor. Genetics is not enough compatible. The do that stuff in India where you pay $10,000 for a kidney. Lose one and someone else gains one.
