Election Results—Two Trump Endorsees Win in N.C.

GRA: These two races were touted on NNN as an indicator—by Holt—that Trump was losing his popularity with voters.

“We’re watching and some polls show Trump’s candidate could lose the special election tonight. If the polls are right, it would reveal how vulnerable Trump would be in 2020...”

Holt showed a woman blathering, “I can’t vote against Trump yet, but I’ll vote against who he endorsed.”

(Breitbart) Republican Dan Bishop defeated Democrat Dan McCready in a close special election in North Carolina’s ninth congressional district Tuesday night.

With 88 percent of precincts reporting as of 10:00 p.m. eastern time, Bishop had a narrow 2,655 vote lead over McCready. Bishop had 50.6 percent (86,775 votes) to McCready’s 48.8 percent (86,120).

GRA: Another race was a blowout in the second district, with the Republican winning by double digits over the Democrat.
