Authorities say a 72-year-old Dallas man fatally shot a suspected burglar behind his home and then went back to bed before finally calling police nearly two hours later.

ATR: Something doesn't add up.

N.S.: Was he violating the health code, by not immediately scooping?

Just a regular every day event.
1.Wake up
2.Wash your face
3.Brush your teeth
4.Shoot a burglar
5.Go back to bed
6.Get back up
7.Shoot another burglar
8.Have some breakfast
9.Do your daily routine
10.Shoot a burglar
11.Go to bed
Murder?It's "Get Whitey" time again.

This one is all over the internet--every MSM news organization from NBC to USA Today has this blasting at us.
They seem to be inferring a white supremacist type of attitude by the homeowner--James Meyer--killing an innocent (black?)burglar who was prevented from living his life.
What Meyer said was that "I didn't know I had mortally wounded or even HIT the intruder.Later on,I saw the body and called police."
How can that be murder?
That's not even manslaughter.

If he was not aware he shot the man then it might be at worst reckless misconduct. They are overcharging as usual to get a plea bargain.
