He has been tied in with 4 murders over the past 10 yrs. but I have to wonder if there aren't many more victims, these are 4 murders they found DNA evidence to tie him in with, many victims of serial killers are not found until DNA is no longer viable or their bodies are not found at all. 10 yrs. is a long time to have only 4 murders under your belt. It's reminiscent of the way media and police were reluctant to estimate just how many women Samuel Little may have murdered, after 40 yrs. it could be in the 100's but they carefully kept the "estimate" at 90. When it's white men they fall over themselves to find more victims.
