Baltimore restaurant's dress code accused of discrimination: 'This is racist as hell' | Fox News

In addition to "No Blax," I'd add, "No Fat Chicks." But maybe that would be going tooooo far.

N.S.: Yeah. Slim ladies are increasingly a vanishing breed.

You may have heard the news that Alex Trebek's pancreatic cancer is back and we all know how rarely people survive that 2nd round of cancer. Recently Alex Trebek named two people he felt should replace him, one was Alex Faust, a white sports announcer and the other was Laura Coates, a black CNN news anchor.
https://www.newsweek.com/alex-trebek-retire-jeopardy-replacements-1048932
I have no idea what qualifications the show looks for but I suspect Trebek's choice of a black woman was pure virtue signalling, after all he's not long for this world and wants to be remembered as being down with the black man, or the black woman in this case. I can only imagine what the show will be like if it goes black, like every other game show has nowadays.
Years ago, way back around 1995 Maya Angelou got some press for complaining about how "white" Jeopardy is and Alex Trebek responded with this defense: http://community.seattletimes.nwsource.com/archive/?date=19951102&slug=2150198
There are two suggestions here: That blacks are culturally disadvantaged (coz' a raiiiciiism of course) then Alex says is that they try to attract more black contestants but have not been successful the suggestion being that blacks are just not interested in even trying out for Jeopardy, though he doesn't say if 13% of the people trying out are black, which is the percentage of blacks in the country, but as usual population ratio is ignored. What also is never said, of course, is that maybe blacks just aren't as smart as whites on average, which is the real reason, but it would be career suicide for Alex to have even suggested that. Another thing to point out is that Asians are actually over represented on the show as successful contestants and they are actually a lower percentage (not counting hispanic Asians) of US population than blacks are. Many of them are more recent immigrants than blacks so should be more culturally disadvantaged, yet still perform better than blacks do.
So if the producers of the show are stupid enough to hire a black host we know what is going to happen, the show is going to be dumbed down to make blacks more competitive with whites and Asians. I think the prescient Howard Stern anticipated this. He saw the future of Jeopardy and it is black: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VEGNcxL86rU

Let Cedric the Entertainer take another shot at quiz shows("Jeopardy" in this case). His stint at "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire" was quite successful (sarcasm ×2)for him and the show.
The only thing deadlier than "Cedric the Entertainer" (a misnomer if there ever was one)is the bite from a western taipan snake--which kills a human in an hour.Cedric killed WWTBAM in a week, after Meredith Viera kept it going for years, following Regis Philbin.
Trebek speaks a few languages and will not be easy to replace for that reason alone.
Seriously,I suggest one of the two people that read clues "on location"--the blonde girl or the white guy.Let one of them have a crack at it.If I remember correctly,Dan Patrick does a sports Jeopardy show on the internet.
Maybe one of the legendary white contestants--Brad Rutter or Ken Jennings could do the honors.
You're right--Alex Trebek may have 3 months if he's lucky.Best wishes/sympathy from Grand Rapids Anonymous to him and his family.A very enjoyable show that needs a proper replacement to continue successfully.
