"these transcripts were used by special counsel Robert Hur in his investigation of Biden's handling of classified documents.
"the oversight project, a conservative watchdog group, highlighted this find and is negotiating with the doj on how to handle this new information.

Resignation coming before the election? It could be done,but if Dems thought it was tough getting Biden to abstain from running again,resigning would be 10 times as much work.
